London-born songstress GIRLI celebrates the release of her new ‘Damsel In Distress’ EP with an exclusive release of the EP on pink splatter-effect vinyl via Blood Records with her previous EP ‘Ex-Talk’ on the B-side.

GIRLI’s slew of new releases have amassed an incredible 5 million combined streams in the last year alone. Milly Toomey (AKA GIRLI) aid of the EP release, “Damsel in Distress is a collection of songs that marks a chapter of GIRLI that I feel is my comeback. Each song represents something different I’ve battled; body dysmorphia, mental health issues, unrequited and difficult love, bad friendships. These are the distresses; I am the damsel who’s fighting them.”

The records are bundled with a set of temporary tattoos featuring artwork from the two EP’s and a pull-out A5 zine designed by Milly with the records signed and hand-numbered on a first-come-first-served basis.

The pop powerhouse made her long-awaited return to the stage in the Summer where she played a sold out Bush Hall in London, followed by performances at Tribeca in Manchester for Salford Pride, London’s first alternative hip hop and rock festival, ALT+LDN, plus shows in Liverpool, London, Bournemouth and a DJ set in Sheffield. GIRLI has been cutting her teeth on the live circuit over the last few years, and has played shows with the likes of Ashnikko and Declan McKenna, and festivals such as Latitude, All Points East and Truck.
