Swim Deep: Where The Heaven Are We?

‘Where The Heaven Are We?’, the 2013 debut studio album from Swim Deep comes exclusively reissued for the first time on special-effect blue and white vinyl LP via Blood Records, limited to 500 copies and hand-numbered to order. Originally released on Chess Club the record featured breakthrough singles King City, Honey, The Sea and She Changes The Weather. ‘Where The Heaven Are We?’ was dubbed as one of the prominent works of Birminghams ‘B-Town’ scene which gave rise to the likes of Peace, Jaws, Troumaca and Superfood. Recorded in Brussels with Producer Charlie Hugall it peaked at Number 20 in the charts; part narrative on the brutalist city the music came from, part glimmering early 90’s escapism.
